- Send a request. Tap Book Now and share your date, venue, type of event and budget.
- Agree the details. The artist’s team replies within 24 to 48 hours. Chat, confirm availability and agree the final quote.
- Pay safely. Pay by EFT or another major South African payment method. Your money stays in escrow until you confirm the performance.

How much does it cost to hire a singer in South Africa?
Each singer sets their own booking fee, shown on their profile. The final quote depends on the singer, the backing, how long they perform, song requests and travel.
Can a singer perform at our wedding ceremony?
Yes. Share your order of service and the songs you want for the walk in, the signing and the first dance, and agree the details with the singer’s team.
Do singers bring their own sound system?
Some do and some perform on the venue’s system. Confirm microphones and sound in the chat before you pay.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel within 48 hours of paying and you get 100% of the booking fee back. After 48 hours you get 85% back, as GigFinder keeps its 15% platform fee. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
